摘要
采用化学发光分析法研究鼠尾藻多糖清除氧自由基活性。结果表明,鼠尾藻多糖具有较强的清除O_2与OH的能力,抑制发光强度IC_(50)值分别为0.1mg/mL和1.5mg/mL,提示该多糖对O_2的清除作用更为有效。
The Superoxide anion - scavenging effect of polysaccharide from Sargassum thunbergii was studied by the method for determination of luminesecence. The results showed
that the polysaccharide had strong scavenging dffects on O_2 and OH. Its IC50 were 0. 1 mg/ mL and 1. 5 mg/mL, respectively. The results suggested that inhibition effect of the
polysaccharide on O_2 is stronger than that of OH.
