摘要
报道了羊栖莱多糖(SFPS)对S_(180)A小鼠、EAC小鼠、L_(615)小鼠红细胞C_(36)受体花环率(RBC—C_(36)RR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC—ICRR),血清中红细胞C_(36)受体花环抑制率(RFIR)和红细胞C_(36)受体花环促进率(RFER)的影响。结果表明,SFPS能明显提高荷瘤小鼠RBC—C_(36)RR和RFER、降低RBC—ICRR和RFIR。这一结果说明SFPS对荷瘤小鼠的红细胞免疫功能有促进作用。本研究结果提示,SFPS的这些作用可能是其抗肿瘤作用的免疫学机理之一。
This paper described the effects of SFPS on rosette rate of erythrocyte C36 receptor (RBC-C3bRR), rosette rate of erythrocyte immune complex (RBC-ICRR),serum rosette forming inhibitory rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor (RFIR) and serum rosette forming enhancement rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor (RFER) in mice inoculated with S180A,EAC and L615. Compared with the controls, RBC - C3b RR and RFER were obviously increased by SFPS,but RBC-ICRR and RFIR were decreased by SFPS. The results indicated that SFPS may have enhancement effects on erythrocyte immune function in mice inoculated with S180A , EAC and L615. The results suggested that these actions of SFPS may be one of immucological mechanisms of antitumor action.
