Approaching the Implementation of Differential GPS Under Selective Availability Conditions

本文讨论了在ＳＡ影响下差分ＧＰＳ（ＤＧＰＳ）的系统实现问题。文章通过分析ＳＡ误差特性及辨识ＳＡ误差模型，首先讨论了ＤＧＰＳ减小ＳＡ误差的有效性以及ＳＡ对ＤＧＰＳ的影响，然后对反ＳＡ的ＤＧＰＳ方案设计进行了探讨和论证，并着重就基准台的校正量算法给出一些建议和设想。本文结论对减小ＳＡ影响，改善ＤＧＰＳ精度有一定的实用价值。

This paper discribes how to implement Differential GPS(DGPS) under Selective Availability(SA). By analyzing the characteristics of SA error and identifying its model, the paper discusses firstly the effectiveness of DGPS reducing SA error and the SA influences on DGPS. Then the design procedures about Anti-SA DGPS project are approached. Some suggestions of calculating DGPS reference station's corrections are highlighted. The conclusions of this paper might be of practical value in improving DGPS accuracy.
