摘要
为了减少废水中营养盐的排放量,采用实验室规模的厌氧─缺氧─好氧工艺处理豆制品废水。结果表明,TCOD、SCOD、NH+N、NO-N、TN、TP、SP(可溶性磷)、SS、细菌总数和大肠菌群数的去除率分别为96%、94%、93%、89%、82%、88%、78%、98.0%、99.9%以上。厌氧相产气率平均0.4L/L·d,上所产气体中平均甲烷含量69.8%,CO23.8%,N226.4%。缺氧相产气率平均为0.2L/L·d,平均甲烷含量59.5%,CO21.2%,N239.2%。好氧相中亚硝酸细菌含量为1.1×105/mL,硝酸细菌含量为1.4×103/mL。
lab-scale AN-AN-OX process was carried out to treat soybean cake wastewater in order to demonstrate it's ability of COD,N and P removal.The results indicated that the removal efficiency of TCOD,SCOD,NH4-N,NO3-N,TN,TP,SP and SS was 96%,94%,93%,89%,82%,88%,78%,and 98% respectively.The removal rate of the total number of bacteria and coliform group was above 99.9%.The average gas production rate in anaerobic phase was 0.4L/L.d,average methane,CO2 and N2 content in the gas was 69.8%,3.8% and 26.4% respectively.The average gas prodution rate in the anoxic phase was 0.2L/L·d,average methane,CO2 and N2 content in the produced gas was 59.5%,1.2% and 39.2% respectively.The number of nitrosomonas and nitrobacter in the aerobic phase was 1.1×105/mL and 1.4×103/mL respectively.
