中国湿地现状及其保护对策

Current status and conservation strategy of China's wetland

湿地是重要的自然资源，广泛分布在世界各地，是人类干预较少的生境之一；湿地具有重要而又独特的环境功能，是自然环境的重要组成部分：我国复杂的自然条件构成厂多样化的湿地类型，使之成为复杂的生态系统的有机部分；湿地蕴含着多样性的生物资源，具有十分重要的国际意义。湿地破坏是由于人们不合理的开发利用引起的，因此湿地保护必须首先注意合理地开发利用，建立持续发展战略，将湿地保护纳入国家社会经济发展规划，强化湿地保护的法律监督，兴建湿地类型自然保护区，积极开展有关的科学研究和国际合作，建立有利于社会各界广泛参与的保护机制，努力提高人们的湿地保护意识。

Wetland is a kind of important natural resource less interfered by mankind,and also a kind of remnant habitat widely scattered around the world, as well as an important component of physical environment with its principal and specific environmental function. China's complicated physical conditions bring about a great diversity of wetland type and make it an organic part in the complex eco-system. There is a rich diversity of biological rescource in China's wetland;therefore, it is of great international importance.Wetland destroyment and diminution are due to the irrational development by mankind;therefore, for its protection, we must first pay more attention to develop and utilize wetland resource reasonably, build up sustainable developing strategy and make all these integrated into the national economic and social development plan and then enforce legal supervision, strengthen natural reserve construction, actively conduct scientific research and international cooperation about wetland protection and build up protecting mechanism easily joined by the society of all circles to improve human consciousness.
