用坐标磨床磨削增韧陶瓷的试验研究

摘要 采用坐标磨床磨削试件内孔,与九种普通陶瓷对比发现,ZTM材料随磨削速度和材料去除率的提高其粗糙度明显降低,电镀砂轮比树脂砂轮磨削效率高,砂轮特性对砂轮磨削效果影响较大。 Experimental study is investigated to grinding properties of toughened ceramics.The workpiece internal is ground using coordinate grinder.Several ordinary ceramic materials are comparied with ZTM,its are found that ZTM workpiece's roughness obviously descend with the increment of the grinding speed and material removal rate.The grinding efficiency of clectro plated wheel is higher than resin wheel. Wheel specification's affection to grinding effect is obvious.
