摘要
提出模糊推理耦合轮廓误差补偿方法的原理、算法及实现方法,该法能在不增加硬件,不改变轮廓系统各进给轴位置环的情况下,根据系统的轮廓误差,通过模糊推理和自学习校正,向各轴提供附加补偿作用,进而提高系统的轮廓精度。针对二轴轮廓系统的闭环数字仿真和实验结果,证明该方法的可行性和有效性。
A new cross coupled contour error compensator using fuzzy inference for multiaxial contouring system is presented here, and the work principle,algorithm and design procedure are described. Without any extra hardware and any changes in each axial position control loop, the new compensator provides each axis with an additional conpensating function according to the contour errors by fuzzs inference and selflearning and correcting method. Therefor the contour accuracy of the total system is modified. The results of digital simulations and experiments on a typical two axis contouring system indicate that the feasibility and effectiveness of this new compensating method are satisfactory.
