摘要
在介绍精简、灵捷、柔性生产系统的基础上,对其组织形式、管理思想进行了探讨,认为该系统的核心是以虚拟公司为代表的企业间更加灵活的合作方式,而管理者与职工的创造能力则是该系统的关键属性。我国企业在借鉴灵捷制造时应以管理和组织创新来带动技术创新,将目标导向的创新与过程导向的持续改进有机结合。
Based on the introduction to the lean,agile and flexible (LAF)manufacturing,the paper explores the types of organizations and management thoughts, and concludes that the core of LAF manufacturing is a more flexible approach to inter-firm cooperation taking the form of 'virtual companies' and the creative skills of future systems. China's enterprises should promote technological innovation by means of management and organizational innovation,when making use of LAF manufacturing, combine innovation of goal-orientation organically with process-orientation and avoid doing it perfunctorily or superficially so as to face the competition and challenges in the 21st century and catch at the strategic opportunity in time.
