An Integrated Planning and Control System Based on MRP and OPT

根据多品种、中小批量离散型生产企业的特点，分析生产计划与控制模式对企业生产系统柔性的影响，对ＯＰＴ的理论和方法作总体介绍，提出以ＭＲＰ和ＯＰＴ为基础的集成计划与控制系统总体模型──“漏斗模型”，它是获得动态提前期的简便方法，同时，利用该模型得到的工作负荷状态信息，可以方便地确定出“瓶颈”工序。

This paper analyzes the impact of increasing production planning and control efficiency on manufacturing nexibility. Optimized production technology (OPT) theory and methods is introduced briefly and a synthetic model of integrated planning and control system based on MRP and OPT is proposed. The properties of the model are discussed.
