高功率激光系统信噪比测试方法的改进

An Improved Method of Measuring the Signal to Noise Ratio of a High Power Laser System

摘要 高功率激光系统的信噪比改进前采用光电导开关及示波器测试,因主脉冲信号太强(信噪比~106)冲击示波器.采用改进后的方法,大大降低了主脉冲信号幅度,有效地保护了测试仪器。 The ratio of the signal to noise of a high power laser system is the ratio of the main pulse to the noise before it. Previonsly, when a photoconductor switch and an oscillograph were used to measure the ratio of the signal to noise up to ~ 106, the oscillograph was strongly striked by the main pulse. With an improved method, same measurement result was obtained while the main pulse amplitude was greatly reduced, the measuring instrument is thus effectively protected.
