颈椎骨折脱位前方减压植骨固定术312例疗效观察

The operative results of anterior decompression and bone grafting in 312 cases of cervical fracture and dislocation

报告该院１９７４年～１９９３年间收治的３１２例颈椎骨折脱位病例，全组病例均经前方减压植骨固定术。损伤部位为Ｃ３～Ｃ７，其中Ｃ５、Ｃ６占全部病例的５５．７７％。骨折４７例，脱位１３７例，骨折合并脱位１０１例，单纯间盘损伤２７例。合并不同程度瘫痪者２９９例，占９５．８３％。全组病例无术后感染，无副损伤，无瘫痪加重及早期死亡者。早期神经功能改善率为７４．２５％。

Cervical vertebral fracture and dislocation in 312 cases from 1974 to 1993 were reported. All patients were treated by anterior decompression and fusion. The region of injury was from C3 to C7, of which 55. 77 per cent involed C5 and C6. Among the patients, fracture were 47 cases, dislocation 137 cases, and disc injury 27 cases. Nervous system symptoms and signs were recorded in 95.83 per cent of thepatients. There were no infection, no side-injury, no paralysis deterioration and no early-stage death after the operation in all of cases. Nervous function improvement rate was 74.25 per cent in early phase.
