摘要
采用电-机械测量系统对8个正常结构和峡部断离后的新鲜尸体L5/S1脊椎功能单位(spinalfunctionunit,FSU),以6种不同载荷方式对其三维运动学变化做了研究。发现FSU在:(1)右侧峡部断离后前屈、左旋转、右侧弯时主运动范围和中性区较正常FSU显著增大(P<0.05),并于旋转和侧弯中表现不均称运动;(2)双侧峡部断离后屈伸、旋转及侧弯主运动范围和中性区较正常及右侧峡部断离后FSU均显著增大(P<0.01)。结果表明,峡部在腰椎各项运动中及对腰椎稳定具有重要的力学作用,峡部断离将可能导致腰椎不稳。
By means of three-sphered electric mechanical measurement, the three-dimensonal motions of the lumbar spine with isthmectomy were studied on & specimens of functional spinal units fFSU) from cadavers-Notice that for flexion, left axiai rotation 4nd right lateral bending loads, ranges of motion (ROMi and neutral zones(NZ) of FSU with right unilateral isthmectomy were greater than those of normal FSU(P<0.05). Under all six loads , ROMs and NZs of FSU with biolateral isthmectomy were greater than those of normal FSU(P<0.01). The data demonstrated that pars interarticularies play a very iinportant role in the stabilization of the lumbar spine.Author's address (The 85th Hospital of PLA, Shanghai, 200052)
