摘要
此文报告了７４例小儿脑囊虫病，平均年龄为７．５岁。诊断符合标准，临床分型如下：癫痫型５０例，头痛型（颅内高压）１７例，脑膜脑炎型４例，肺炎型２例，仅１例为脑脓肿。治疗方法：静脉点滴甘露醇３ｄ后给予阿苯哒唑１５～２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｄ，口服。一个疗程为１５ｄ，共治疗３～４个疗程。有效率为１００％，无副作用。并对小儿脑囊虫病进行了讨论。
In this
paper we reported 74 cases of cerebrocysticercosis child patients. The averageage was 7.5
years old.Their clinical types are as follows :There are altogether 50 cases of epilep-sy
type,among which 17 cases were with high cerebral pressure,4 with mengo-cerebritis,2with
pneumonia and only one case of pyocephalus. The treatmeent was,after installation of
man-nitol for three days ,oral administration of albendazole at 15-20 mg/kg. d. was given. One
courseof treatment was 15 days. Totally 3 to 4 courses were given. The effectiveness rate was
100%.The side-effects were rare and light.The treatment was safe and reliable. The
characteristics ofChild cerebrocysticercosis were discussed.
