摘要
本研究采用等电点聚焦电泳方法对异盘、卫氏、扁囊3种并殖吸虫的MDH、EST、POD3种同工酶进行检测,结果显示卫氏和扁囊并殖吸虫3种同工酶的酶带数目及等电点分布完全一致,证明卫氏与扁囊并殖吸虫为同一虫种。异盘、卫氏和扁囊并殖吸虫EST同工酶酶带均为10条,其中等电点分布相同的5条,不同的5条。异盘与卫氏、扁囊并殖吸虫分别有10条和7条MDH同工酶酶带,这3种并殖吸虫共同的有3条酶带。异盘与卫氏、扁囊并殖吸虫分别有7条和16条POD同工酶酶带,其中仅1条酶带为3种并殖吸虫所共有。结果表明异盘并殖吸虫为一独立虫种。
The malate dehydrogenase(MDH ),esterase( EST ),and
peroxidase(POD)isoenzyme patterns of Paragonimus heterotremus(h),P. westermani(w)and P.
asymmetricus(a)were determined by isoelectric focusing(IEF) in polyacrylamide gel. Results
showed that the number of isoenzyme bands and the isoelectric point distributions(IPD)of P.w.
and P.a. were completely in agreement.Therefore,P. w and P. a were identical
species.P.h,P.w,and P.a. all had 10 EST isoenzyme bands,among them, 5 bands were identical,
5 bands were different between P. w and P. a at IPD.P.h. had 10 MDH isoezyme bands,P.w. and
P.a. had 7 identical MDH isoenzyme bands respectively. There were 3 MDH isoenzyme bands
with identical IPO in P.h,P.w.and P.a.,Either of P.w,and P.a.had 16 POD isoenzyme bands,P.h.
had only 7. Only one POD isoenzyme band was identical at IPD in all the three species. The
results demonstrated that P.h. was an independent species of Paragonimus.
