摘要
以旋毛虫成囊期幼虫的盐水浸出液为抗原,用ELISA方法检测人工感染旋毛虫病兔IgG抗体的反应动态。结果表明:1,特异性抗体水平与感染度呈正相关且重感染组的特异性抗体比轻感染组早3d检出。2.抗体水平随感染时间的延长而增高,从感染后77d起明显下降但可持续4个月之久。
A crude saline extract of Trichinella
spi-ralis larvae in muscle was used as antigen. Se-rial serum samples from experimentally
in-fected rabbits with T.spiralis were examinedover four months for specific IgG hy ELISA.In
experiments with rabbits infected with dif-ferent number of T. spiralis larvae.A
positivecorrelation was found between initial dose oflarvae and antibody level detected by
ELISA.Furthermore , the specific antibodies to T. spi-ralis in heavily-infceted rabbits were
detected3 days earlier than those in ligbtly-infectedrabbits.The antibody response showed
thatspecific antibodies increased with time afterthe infection ,but decreased considerably
fromthe 77 th day after the infection. However,the antibody could last 4 mnonths.
