摘要
本文报道甲苯咪唑(22.5mg/kg·d×7),盐酸左旋咪唑(15mg/kg·d×7),以及上述两药复方(甲苯咪唑22.5mg+左旋咪唑15mg/kg·d×7),对BALB/cCR小鼠模型体内周期型马来丝虫的实验疗效。实验治疗前5d,用长爪沙鼠保种的9d龄马来丝虫移植于BALB/cCR小鼠35只,每鼠15条(10♀,5♂)。给药治疗后第40d剖检,以回收的成虫数,并以同批感染不给药的对照组相比较,计算回收率判别疗效。甲苯咪唑、左旋咪唑及复方口服给药组的成虫回收率分别为22.9%、81.3%和50%;各药乳膏皮涂给药组的成虫回收率为2.1%、47.9%、0.上述实验结果表明,复方甲苯咪唑乳膏皮涂给药组疗效好,5只实验鼠在给药治疗后40d全部转阴,而等剂量口服给药的5只实验鼠无一阴转。
The efficacy of mebendazole(22.5mg/kg. d×7),levamisole ( 15mg/kg. d×7)a-gainst the adult worms of periodic Brugia malayi in BALB/cCR mouse was reported. The total 35BALB/cCR mice were peritoneally transplanted each with l5(10♀,5♂)adult filariae of 90 days oldfrom jirds on the day before treatment.Then the therapeutic results observed by examining the num-ber of recovered worms as autopsied on the 40th day after treatment and calculating the recovery ratecompared with non一drug control. The recovery rates of adult filaria worms from mice in the groups of mebendazole, levamisole andits compound(mebendazole:levamisole=3:2)were 22.9%, 81.3%,50% respectively by oral ad-ministration;and 2.1%, 47.9%,0% respectively by the cutaneous administration.The compoundcream of mebendazole plus levamisole by cutaneous administration showed good antifilarial activity,with 5 tested mice being all negative on the 40th day after treatment,while the groups by oral waywere all positive.
