摘要 本文对家蝇卵的表面结构进行了扫描电镜观察。蝇卵表面有一层膜状物,其上满布有小孔。膜状物由一层大小不等的组织团与膜下层结构相连接,并在组织团间形成空隙。膜下层组织具分布均匀、大小不一的孔陷。卵的凹面有一条宽约80μm的孵化缝,其结构与其它处的相似,但表面的膜状物极薄。 The surface structures of the eggs of house fly( M. domestica vicina) were examined by SEM. A layer of membranaous structure with small holes in clusters covering the whole egg was seen. The membranous structure is supported by large amount of tissue masses of different sizes. The submembranous tissue is dotted with numerous concave holes. A hatching crack with a layer of very thin and vulnerable membrane runs lengthwise across the concave surface of the egg.
