摘要
对368例以往使用金属单环失败的育龄妇女使用母体乐MLCu375SL与宫腔形IUD行临床随机对比研究,五年随访结果表明,母体乐IUD具有高效、长效的优点,其抗孕效果远远优于惰性IUD,其副作用小,值得临床推广应用。
The trial was carried out on 388 selected volunteers who have the history with failure of Stainless Steel Ring. It was a randomized comparative study with MLCu 375 SL 1UD and Uterine Shaped IUD. The five year follow up results showed that the ML Cu375 IUD has the advantage of high efficacy and long action. It' s contraceptive effect is much better than the inert IUDs and with less adverse effect. It is worthy to be applied widely.
