从散装水泥技术的定义、节能效果出发,参照国外散装水泥发展情况,概括地分析了我国散装水泥技术发展水平,找出制约我国散装水泥技术推广应用的主要因素,提出了散装水泥技术发展的具体措施.

Proceeding from the definition and saving energy of bulk cement and reference to its development out of China, this paper generally analyzes the development level of bulk ce-ment technology, finds out primary factors which impede the popularization of the technology in China and presents a concrete measure to develop bulk cement technology.
