摘要
本文研究了属于“CaO—SiO_2—Al_2O_3—BaSO_4”系统的贝利特白水泥熟料形成过程.在该水泥中,BaSO_4一方面固溶于C_2S之中,另一方面与含铝相反应形成含钡的硫铝酸盐相3CA·BaSO_4.该水泥可在1300~1350℃温度范围内烧成,熟料的最终组成矿物是α’—C_2S、β—C_2S、3CA·BaSO_4,该熟料可以制成符合二级白度标准的325~#贝利特白水泥.
The clinker formation of white belite cement in the CaO-Si02-AI2O3-BaS04 system is studied. It is found that BaS04 not only exists in C2S solid solution, but also reacts on a alumilate phase to form new phase 3CA · BaS04. The clinker can be sintered on the range of 1300-1350℃. The mineral composition of clinker is 3CA · BaS04, α'-C2S and β-C2S. White belite cement made by the clinker conforms to 325# cement standard and grade 2 whiteness standard.
