摘要
本文叙述了以硫铝酸盐水泥、C_4AF和C_6AF_2单矿物等为例,进行扫描电镜样品的薄板技术研究,也叙述了为观测到水化产物与集料之间相结合处的显微结构和观测到本体中不易观测的水化产物而扩大SEM的样品制备技术。
Taking sulphoaluminate cement, C4AF and C6AF2 for example, this paper states a study on thin-slab technique of sample for SEM. In order to observe microstructure between hydrated compound and aggregate and unobservable hydrated compound within constitution. Preparation technique of sample for SEM is developed here.
