摘要
本研究工作采用环氧树脂在叔胺催化剂作用下与端羧基液体丁腈(CTBN)预反应的方法,制备了具有内增韧性的胶粘剂甲组份;采用高温,高压催化加氢的方法制成的一缩二乙二醇双(r—氨丙基)醚及混合胺,催化剂混合制备了具有内增韧性能的胶粘剂乙组份,由于甲、乙两组份同时进行了内增韧,混配后的胶粘剂具有较高的韧性及内聚强度,从而得到了在厚胶层下仍具有较高剪切强度的双组份糊状环氧树脂结构胶粘剂。
With tertiary amine as catalyst,epoxy resin reacted with liquid carboxyl-terminated butadiene nitrile rubber ( CTBN.) to achieve Part A. And4,7,10-trioxa-l,1,3-tridedicanediamine resulting from hydrogena -tion at high temperature under high pressure was mixed with the amine mixture and catalyst to get Part B. Since both Part. A and Part B were inner toughened,the resulting pasty epoxy resin structural adhesive was distinctive for its high shear strength under thick bondline.
