摘要
本文采用正交实验，确定在选用同类乳化剂情况下，影响乳液聚合过程稳定性的最主要因素是乳化剂的用量，并从理论上探讨了适当的乳化剂用量可使乳液聚合过程最稳定。最后，从乳胶粒平均位径的测定结果进一步验证了上述理论．
OPtimum experiment was done to show that amount of emulsifier isthe most significant factor to the stability of emulsion polymerizationwhen the same emulsifier was used. It was studied in theory that the moststable process of emulsion polymreization can be reached in the prescncaof proper amount of emulsifiers. This theory was further proven by me-asuring the average diameter of articles.
