摘要 锁骨外侧端骨折分为三型,喙锁韧带断裂者称为Ⅱ型,治疗比较困难,容易发生延迟愈合和不愈合,单纯克氏针或螺丝钉内固定常造成再移位。本组30例锁骨外侧端Ⅱ型骨折采用碳纤维重建喙锁韧带,经1~3年随访,疗效显著,未发生延迟愈合或不愈合。碳纤维生物性能稳定,与人体组织相容性好,有很强的拉力,适于修复韧带和肌腱损伤。起到有效内固定的作用。 The distal clavicle fracture is classified into three types,of these,fracture with tear of coracoclavicular ligament is defined as type two,which it is hard to treat and often results in delay union and nonunion.Fixation with simple K-wire or screw may lead to redislocation.Thirty cases treated by reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament with carbon fiber were reported in this article.One to three years'follow-up shows that no redislocation and delay union or nonunion occur.Biological properties of carbon fiber are stable and compatible with human tissue,and have high tensile strength,therefore,it can substitute for injuried ligament and give effective internal fixation.
