发生于Colles骨折之后的髋部骨折

Hip Fracture after Colles'Fracture

本文报告１７例髓部骨折，其共同特征为致伤外力轻微，既往曾发生过Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折。经测量髋部骨折患者的Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数、股骨颈皮质骨指数和股骨外侧皮质骨厚度均低于正常对照者，相差非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。而对其发生Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折时的掌骨测量也表明，其第２掌骨骨密度已有不同程度降低。较轻微外力所致Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折明确提示再次骨折发生的危险性。

Seventeen hip fractures,which were associated with moderate trauma,occuring after Colles'fracture were reviewed.The singh index,the cortical index of the femoral neck and the lateral cortical width of the femur of the patients were singificantly(P<0.01)decreased comparing with the normal controls.The difference in the second metacarpal density between patiants with colles'fracture and the normal controls was also demonstrated.The presence of colles'fracture due to moderate trauma is a strong premonitor for subsequent fracture risk.
