摘要
本文报告２１０例青壮年股骨颈骨折，其中采用三翼钉内固定５７例，粗隆间截骨钢针内固定３９例，三翼钉固定加缝匠肌骨瓣移植１１例，螺旋钉内固定２４例，单臂式外固定支架１５例，螺旋钉内固定加吻合血管腓骨游离移植６４例。通过对各种内固定疗效及并发症的观察，认为：新鲜股骨颈骨折应用改良加压螺旋钉内固定治疗较好；对陈旧性股骨颈骨折合并骨不连接或股骨头缺血坏死者，宜用加压螺旋钉加吻合血管的腓骨游离移植术。
We reported 210 cases of femoral neck fracture in young adults.Five kinds of treatment had
been used.Comparison of complications and effects among these fixation methods showed that
modified compressed internal fixation with screws was more successful in fresh fracture,while
compressed screw fixation combined with free transplantation of vascularized fibula was a
better choice for old fracture of neck of femur complicated with nonunion and ischemic necrosis
of femoral neck.
