AO“T”型钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内粉碎骨折（附51例报告）

Treatment of Comminuted Intra-Articular Fracture of the Distal Radius with AO T-plate/

本文报告５１例桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折，采用切开复位，ＡＯ“Ｔ”型钢板固定。对损伤严重，单一切口复位困难者，取掌、背侧联合入路加自体骨移植。经３个月～４年的随访。总优、良率为９２．１％，且未见近期并发症。治疗中应注意：（１）解剖复位，尤其要恢复关节面的平整；（２）可靠固定，应用植骨充填骨缺损；（３）尽早功能锻炼、恢复关节功能。

Fifty-one cases of comminuted intra-articular fracture of the distal radius were treated with open reduction and internalfixation with AO T-plate. The combination of anterior and posterior approach was applied and autogenous bone was grafted to fillthe bone defect if the patient was severely injured.The follow-up period ranged from 3 monthes to 4 years.Excellent and goodresults were seen in 92.1%of the cases.The authors emphasized three points in treatment as follows :1anatomical reduction,especially the articular congruency,2,definitive fixation,early mobilization and restoration of articular function
