臀部软组织变性挛缩综合征

Syndrome of Degenerative Contracture of Gluteal Soft Tissue/

作者认为臀部肌肉注射是引起“臀部软组织变性挛缩综合征”的主要原因。根据手术实践和软组织病理变化分为五型；（１）臀筋膜变性挛缩型；（２）臀大肌筋膜变性挛缩型；（３）臀部软组织变性挛缩型；（４）隐蔽臀大肌变性挛缩型；（５）臀部软组织变性合并皮肤挛缩型。１５年中做了３４例，６１臀次手术。随访了５４臀次，平均随访２８个月。按４级评价治疗效果，优良率８７％。

.The authors considered that intragluteal injection was the main cause of degenerative contracture of gluteal soft tissue.According to the operative findings and pathological changes of gluteal tissue,it was divided into five types as follows:1.contracture of degenerative fascia,2. contracture of gluteus maximus and fascia,3.contracture of gluteal soft tissue,4.recessive contracture of degenerative gluteal muscles,5.mixed gluteal soft tissue with skin contracture. From 1979 to 1994,34 cases,61buttocks were treated surgicaly,among them,54 buttocks were followed up for a mean of 28 monthes. Evaluation of the clinicalresult was done according to four standards in our hospital and outcomes were satisfactory in 87%buttocks.
