PTF-V_1在经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术疗效随访中的价值

The changes of PTF-V_1 during Follow up after PBMV

本文分析了18例二尖瓣狭窄患者行经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(PBMV)前、后 PTF-V_1的改变,并与 MLAP、MVA、LAD 作相关分析,结果:①术后 PTF-V_1较前显著改善(P<0.001);②PTF-V_1负值与 MLAP、LAD 呈显著正相关,尤其与 MLAP 相关性大(r=0.734,P<0.002);与 MVA 呈负相关(r=-0.419,P<0.05)。提示 PTF-V_1可以作为监测和评价 PBMV 后窦性心律患者疗效变化的重要随访指标。

The changes of PTF-V_1 in 18 patients with mitral stenosis before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplsty (PBMV) were analyzed.In addition,other factors possibly affecting the PTF-V_1 were also studied. The results showed that PTF-V_1 was significantly de- creased after PBMV compared with that before PBMV (P<0.001);There were significant positive correlations between PTF-V_1 and mean left atrial pressure (MLAP) and left atrial diameter (LAD) (r=0.734,P<0.002, and r=0.365,P<0.05respectively).There uas a nega- tive correlabion betueen PTR-V,and mitrial valve area (MVA) (r=-0.419,P<0.05).The results suggested the PTF-V_1 may be useful for patient of sinus rhythm of follow up after PBMV.
