评价二尖瓣球囊扩张术的远期效果

Evaluate the long-term outcome of PTMC

对经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(PTMV)术后一年以上的62例病人进行随访,旨在观察其远期效果。研究结果表明62例中除3例因一些原因进行了二尖瓣置换术外,其余病人二尖瓣口面积在术后一年与一周比无显著变化(1.96±0.62与2.08±20.39cm P>0.05),无一例发生再狭窄。术前二尖瓣瓣膜结构病变轻、瓣膜积分<9分者选期效果较理想。

Post-PTMC follow-up,with a duration of at least one year,was carried out in 62 patients in order to evalu- ate the long-term outcome.It showed that the Doppler- derived mitral valve area has no significant difference be- tween the immediately results of PTMC (in one week) and the one year follow-up (2.08±-0.39cm.VS.1.96 ±-0.62cm.P>0.05) No restenosis occurred in 62 pa- tients in one year follow-up.An excellent longterm out- come would be achieved in patients with a mild valve structure disorder and/or a valve score less than 9 before PTMC.
