Parallel Three Step Algorithm for Motion Compensated Picture Coding

本文提出了一种计算运动图像位移矢量Ｄ的新算法。这种新算法称为并行三步算法，模拟结果表明：这种新算法比现有的同类算法有更好的性能。

This paper presents a new motion estimation algorithm for motion compensated picture coding. This type of algorithm is called parallel three step algorithm. Simulation results show that this new algorithm has better performance than conventional ones.
