摘要
本文从结构、态密度和本征波函数三个方面系统研究了单原子周期链、双原子周期链、无序链、纳米链、Fibonacci准晶链和Thue-Morse链六种一维体系的晶格振动特性,给出并讨论了他们的区别和联系。
In this paper, the vibrational characteristics of six kinds of one dimensional atomic chains (periodic chain, bi-atomic periodic chain, amorphous chain, Nanometer-sized crystalline chain, Fibonacci chain and Thue-Morse Chain) are studied and compared from three aspects: the structures, the densities of states and the vibrational wavefunctions. The difference and relationship among them are shown and discussed.
