早期康复治疗对下肢骨折后膝关节功能障碍的影响

Early Rehabilitation Intervention of Functional Disorders Caused by Fracture of the Lower Limb

下肢骨折致膝关节功能障碍病人28例,分为早期治疗组和晚期治疗组进行康复治疗.结果,28例病人关节活动度,日常生活活动,步行能力均较治疗前明显改善.康复评定结果,早期治疗组优于晚期治疗组(P<0.01).提示,下肢骨折后所致的膝关节功能障碍不论制动时间长短均应积极康复治疗,以最大能力恢复其功能.

28 patients with knee function disorders caused by fracture of the lower limbs were intervened in early stage or late stage. The knee range of motion , ability to perform activity of daily living and gait of these patients were significantly improved after intervention. Assessment revealed that the outcome of those being intervened in early stage was significantly better than those in late stage. It is suggested that rehabilitation intervention should be given to all patients with knee function disorders caused by fracture, regardless the length of immobilization, so as to improve their functions to the maximum level.
