摘要
本文观察了双动态调幅中频电流对神经传导速度的影响,结果说明正中神经肘、腕部潜伏期,肘-腕部运动神经传导速度无变化;但治疗后诱发电位幅度下降,并随时间延长逐渐恢复,推测该电流有阻断神经轴突、轴浆流作用.
The effects of double dynamic medium frequency electrostimulation (DDMFE) on nerve conduction were studied. The results showed that the latencies in elbow and wrist and the conduction velocity of motor fiber of median nerve from elbow to wrist were not affected by DDMFE. The amplitude of evoked potentials was decreased but recovered gradually with time. The mechanism of DDMFE was discussed.
