国产氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液和头孢氨噻肟钠治疗尿路感染的疗效比较

Comparison of the therapeutic efficacy of domestic of loxacin injection and cefotaxime sodium in urinary infection

尿路感染共４７例，用浙江温州制药厂研制的氧氟沙星（ｏｆｌｏｘａｃｉｎ，ＯＦＬＸ）葡萄糖注射液治疗２３例（单纯型１９例，复杂型４例）。用国产头孢噻肟（ｃｅｆｏｔａｘｉｍｅ，ＣＴＸ）随机对照治疗２４例（单纯型１７例，复杂型７例）。总临床有效率：ＯＦＬＸ组为９５．６５％，ＣＴＸ组为８７．５０％，总的细菌转阴率和细菌消除率：ＯＦＬＸ组均为８２．６１％，ＣＴＸ组均为９１．３０％。两组无显著性差异（ｐ＞０．０５）。

Ofloxacin (OFLX)injection and cefotaxime(CTX)were randon1ized used to treat 47 urinarv infection cases.OFLX was used to treat 23 urinary infection cases (including simple type 19 cases,complex type 4 cases).CTX was used to treat 24 urinaryinfection cases(including simple type 17 cases, complex type 7 case).The clinical efficacyrates of OFLX and CTX were 95.65 percent and 87.5 percent respectively. The bacterialclearance rates of OFLX and CTX were 82.61 percent and 91.3 percent respectively. Therevvas no difference between two groups(p>0.05).
