多抗甲素促小鼠巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子及IL－2受体的表达

Effects of polyactin a on secreting cytokines and expressing interluekine-2 receptor of macrophages

对多抗甲素促小鼠巨噬细胞（Ｍφ）分泌细胞因子及ＩＬ－２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）表达初步探讨的结果表明，经淀粉刺激后的Ｍφ加入ＰＡ后，分泌ＩＬ－１、ＴＮＦ的功能显著增强，呈良好的剂量依赖特征。ＩＬ－２吸收试验提示，ＰＡ能促进Ｍφ表达ＩＬ－２Ｒ。在ＰＡ浓度为０～５μｇ／ｍｌ范围内，上清液ＩＬ－２活性明显降低。同时ＰＡ对Ｍφ与ＩＬ－２的反应性有明显增强作用。

This article investigated effcts of polyactin A(PA),a novel immtinodulator,on secreting cytokines or expressing IL-2 receptor of macrophages.It is fotind that PA could statistically enhance secreting IL-1 and TNF etc,of macrophages primed with starch in vivo with dose-denpendence and prompt expressing IL-2 receptor of macrophages in a concei1tration range of 0～5μg/ml; At the same time,PA could enhance responsiveness of macrophages to IL-2.
