抗生素89—07、庆大霉素和阿米卡星的耳毒性比较 被引量:19

摘要 采用听性脑干电反应、眼震电图,结合火棉胶切片、耳蜗铺片琥珀酸脱氢酶染色方法和扫描电镜等形态学观察,综合评价抗生素89-07与阿米卡星(AMK)、庆大霉素(GM)的耳毒性。结果表明:GM100mg确有耳蜗系和前庭系毒性;AMK200mg对耳蜗系有轻度损伤;而抗生素89-0725、50、100mg对耳蜗均无损伤。抗生素89-0725mg对前庭无影响,AMK50mg和GM25mg对前庭有轻度损伤,中、大剂量的GM、AMK和抗生素89-07对前庭均有损伤,并随着剂量的增加损伤程度加重。3种药物对耳蜗和前庭毒性为GM>AMK>抗生素89-07。 The following aminoglycoside antibiotics 89-07,gentamicin and amikacinwere submitted to a comparative study of their ototoxicity using both eletro-physiological(ABR and ENG) and morphologicaI technique(celloidin section,surface preparations in SDHstain and scanning electron microscopy ).Gentamicin-treated animals demonstrated moresevere evidence of ototoxicity.The mild cochlear impairment was observed in amikacin-treated animals.No functional or structural evidence of audiotoxicity was found in animalstreated with antibiotic 89-07.No impairment of vestibtile was observed in low doses ofantibiotic 89-07 treated group. While slight impairment of vestibule was fotind in low dosesof amikacin and gentamicin-treated groups. Middle and large doses of gentamicin,amikacinand antibiotic 89-07 present the impairment of the vestbiule。 On the basis of both electro-physiological and morphological observation, the order of auditory and vestibular toxicitywas the following: gentamicin >amikacin >antibiotic 89-07.
