摘要
提出了学术期刊绝对价值和相对份值的概念,且以双重补贴为依据.以经济学理论为指导.并借鉴了新的理论研究成果.对学术期刊价值进行了定量研究.建立了绝对价值计算式和相对价值的数学表达式.且进行了测算和论证.还就价值量化的实现条件作了初步探讨.
The concepts of absolute and relative value of scholarly journal are proposed,and their mathematical expressions are set up and proved.On the basic of double subsidy and economics theroy,the scholarly journal's value is measured quantitalively,and its realization terms are also investigated.
