摘要
本文借助於激子动力学方法,推证了单吸附STM系统隧道电流和探针位置的直接关系式.该方法比现有的常规方法有更多的优越性.
With the method of exciton dynamics,the direct formula about the relationship between the tunneling current and tip postion is introduced for single adsorbstes STM system. This method has more advantages than conventional methods in use today.
