本文着重研究了在矢势Ａ－Ｂ效应中波函数的单值性条件和Ｐａｕｌｉ判据的关系问题．在讨论了三维Ａ－Ｂ矢势场中的机械角动量特征值问题、分析了机械角动量的代数关系在Ｚ轴上的奇异性之后，证明了波函数的单值性条件和Ｐａｕｌｉ判据是相容的．

The relationship between the single-valuedness of wave functions and Pauli criterion in the vector A-B effect is discussed.After discussing the eigen problem of the kinetic angular momentum in the 3-dimensional A-B vector-potential field and analyzing the singularity of its algebraic relations on Zaxis,It is proved that the single-valuedness of wave functions and Pauli criterion are consistent with each other.
