摘要 叙述了一种新型团-固相变贮能材料的研制方法,通过对“钙钛矿型”和“塑性晶型”材料的合成、配方及其与环氧树脂、铝粉和室温固化硅橡胶的共混,配合以示差扫描热分析,得到相变温度30~40℃,相变热焓大于100J/g的固-固相变材料,讨论了这种材料在能源、航天、农业、建筑、化工、冶金等领域的应用前景。 Two kinds of solid-solid phase change materials, which are organoammonium metallic compounds and polyalcohol compounds (plastic crystals), arestudied. Epoxy resin and silicon rubber are adopted to blend with solid-solid phasechange materials in casting. Their thermal properties are characterized by differentialscanning calorimetry (DSC) and the results show that some solid-solid phase changematerial systems with phase transition temperature range of 30-40℃, transition enthalpy about 100J/g have been obtained. The application prospects for energy resources, spacecraft, agriculture, constructions, chemical industry and metallurgyetc. have been discussed.
