摘要
分析了无底柱分段崩落法传统的采场结构与放矿方式存在的问题,提出自放顶、设回收进路的采场结构和低贫化─截止品位组合式放矿方式。仿真研究表明,实施该开采方案,可使无底柱分段崩落法的应用范围更为广泛,且可成为一种高回采率、低贫化率的采矿方法。
In accordance with shapes of drawn body and drawn funnel, the process of broken ore recovery in sublevel caving is analyzed in this paper. It is found that the conventional layout of mining drifts affects recovery of ore, and the conventional approach of ore drawing results in great dilution of ore. For this reason, a proper form of drift Iayout is proposed in order to adapt the property of broken ore flowing,that is. rnost of ore between two adjacent sublevels is recovered by the next (below them) sublevel in sublevel caving. Meanwhile, a new approach of ore drawing is described in which the ore is usually drawn out in ore body sublevels till the waste funnel just arrives to the outlet of mining drift, but in lowest sublevel drifts the ore is drawn out till the waste/ore ratio achieves to the limit value from the view of maximum operation benefits. It has been proven by computer simulation that this approach of ore drawing combined wlth the proposed layout of mining drifts makes sublevel caving into a high ore recovery and low dilution method for ore bodies with a thickness of more than 20 meters.
