Studyon Computing Methods of Rational Mineable Periods of Three Coal Reserves and Their Application

“三量”合理可采期是宏观控制采掘平衡的有效指标。本文在总结我国现行《“三量”规定》不足的基础上，提出了确定“三量”合理可采期的原则，认为应根据生产实际用公式计算“三量”合理可采期，而不用固定值考核。本文还综合考虑影响“三量”可采期的各种因素，给出了它的计算方法，并通过在大同矿务局的应用实例说明了这种计算方法的可行性和实用性。

Rational mineable periods of three coal reserves are effective indexes for controllingthe balance of preparation and winning work.Analysing shortcomings of the current rule onthree coal reserves,this paper puts forward the principles of determining the rational mineableperiods, The authors think they shouldn,t be fixed but ought to be determined by computationin accordance with geological and mining conditions of a mine,In addition,based on the comprehensive consideration of all factors affecting the rational mineable periods this paper givestheir computing formulas,which have been proved to be feasible and practical by application inDatong Mine Bureau.
