Sedimentary Characteristics and Coal-accumulating Process of Shallow-water Delta of Shanxi Formation in the Middle-north District of Shanxi Province

摘要 通过野外和室内综合研究,本文认为晋中北晚古生代山西组是以河控作用为主、兼受潮汐作用改造的浅水三角洲沉积,并总结了浅水三角洲的沉积特点。聚煤作用主要发生在上三角洲平原泛滥盆地、下三角洲平原分流间湾充填变浅、废弃三角洲朵叶各部位发展起来的泥炭沼泽环境。 On the basis of synthetic studies of field and laboratory,the authors believe Shanxi formation in the middle-north district of Shanxi Province to be a fluvial-dominated shallow-water delta deposit system which is partly influenced by tidal water. And this paper sums up thesedimentary characteristics of shallow-water delta,Coal-accumulating process occured mainlyin the peat swamps that developed in the flcod basin of the upper delta plain,shallowed inter-distributory bay of the lower delta plain and every part of the abandoned delta lobe.
