摘要
为了研制开发工业生产系统的故障监控和诊断实时专家系统,本文提出了一种通用的故障模型分析方法及其知识表达方法,采用这种方法,研制了工业生产系统故障监控和诊断实时专家系统开发工具,实验结果表明,对中等规模的工业生产系统,这种方法是行之有效的。
In order to develop a fault monitoring and diagnosis real-time expert system of industrial production system,a method of fault model analysis and its knowledge expression areput forward in this paper.By means of the method,a real-time expert system tool for industrial fault monitoring and diagnosis is developed.The experimental results show that themethod could do well to most middle-scale industrial production system.
