摘要
分析了提高炼焦精煤质量的投入产出变化的特点,根据42个具有代表性的选煤厂的煤样资料,分析了提高精煤质量、降低精煤灰分后,因精煤产率变化对洗煤厂造成的经济损失;分析了冶炼行业由于降低精煤灰分后,高炉利用系数、焦比、熔剂消耗量、碴比的变化所得到的附加效益;并提出了计算这个效益的数学模型。最后,提出洗煤厂应按原煤质量允许的最低灰分进行洗选加工,这对国民经济是有益的。
The characteristic is analyzed for the purpose of improving the quality of cokingcoal.The economic loss of coal preparation plant due to changing the productivity of cleanedcoal is discussed according to the samples of raw coal from 42 coal preparation plants,The new added benefits of metallurgcal industry which are caused by reducing the ash content of cleaned coal and also by variancing in coke ratio,utilization coeifficent flux ration,slag rationof blastfurnace are analyzed.Amathematical model for calculating the benefit is put out.Finally,authors propose that coal preparation plant should reduce ash content of cleaned coal asfar as possible. It would be favourable to whole national economic.
