摘要
采用正文试验方法,优化了自生介质旋流器的结构参数,用该参数制造的旋流器对甘肃及山西等地的煤炭进行分选,获得了满意的效果,洗精煤灰分在9.o%~11.0%时,不完善度Ⅰ值为0.15~0.16.数量效率η为90.0%~93.0%。
By means of orthogonal tests,the paper optimized the structural parameters of theautogenous medium cyclone. Coals from Gansu and Shanxi provinces have been satisfactorilyseparated by cyclones manufactured according to these parameters,with an imperfection(Ⅰ)of0.15~0.16 and a quantitative efficiency(η)up to 90.0%~93.0%,when the ash percentageof the cleaned coal is 9.0%~11.0%。
