中、老年男性糖尿病阳萎患者血小板功能、血栓素B_2和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)的变化

摘要 测定32例糖尿病阳萎者和11例无阳萎者血小板最大聚集率(MAR)、血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α)),并与正常人对照。结果表明,糖尿病有无阳萎组MAR、TXB_2及TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)比值均高于正常组(P<0.05~0.01),而6-keto-PGF_(1α)水平低下(P<0.01);糖尿病阳萎组这些指标变化更为明显;与无阳萎组比较,阳萎组MAR及TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)比值升高(P<0.05~0.01),6-keto-PGF_(1α)水平低下(P<0.05),而TXB_2则无明显变化。提示中老年男性糖尿病阳萎者血小板聚集释放功能亢进并与血栓素和前列环素平衡失调有关,从而促进阴茎血液高凝和阳萎的发生。 Maximum platelet aggregation ratio (MAR), TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a were studied in 43 diabetics with or without impotence and compared with healthy man as control. It was found that MAR,TXB2 and TXB2/6-ke-to-PGF1a ratio were higher and 6-keto-PGF1a was lower in the patient with or without impotence than those of the control group (P<0. 05-0. 01), that MAR, TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio were increased and 6-keto-PGF1a was decreased in the diabetic impotence group as compared with diabetic patients without impotence (P<0. 05 -0. 01). It was suggested that the platelet aggregation and release increased in the patient with diabetic impotence were related to imbalance between TXA2 and PGI2 which might be contribute to penile hypercoagula-bility and the development of diabetic impotence.
