补肾方和化瘀方对老年小鼠淋巴因子产生的影响

Effects or Tonifying Kidney Fang Decotion and Removing Blood-Stasis Fang Decoction on the Production of Lymphokines in Old Mice

观察增龄对小鼠淋巴因子（ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－２）产生的影响及补肾方六味地黄汤和活血方丹坤汤的调整作用。结果表明，老年小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生ＩＬ－１及脾淋巴细胞产生ＩＬ－２的能力均明显下降。经补肾方和活血方治疗的两组老年小鼠ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－２产生能力明显提高，提示补肾和化瘀治法可能是延缓免疫衰老的重要机制。

The effects of aging on the production of lymphokines (IL-1, IL-2) in old mice was observed. At the same time,the effects of Tonifying Kidney Fang decoction and removing blood-stasis Fang decoction on lymphokines production were studied as well. The results showed that both the IL-1 production of macrophages and the production of IL-2 by spleen cells in old mice decreased sigificantly. after administration of the two decoctions mentioned aboved, the production of lymphokines in old mice was markdely increased. It suggested that the therapeutic method of tonifying Kidney and the removing blood-stasis are possible to be the main mechanism in modulating immune senescence.
