摘要
托盘根乙醇提取物给小鼠ｉｇ．３０ｍｇ／２０ｇ·ｄ￣－１，连续４０天，可对ｄ－半乳糖球后注射所致的小鼠衰老模型的衰老指标有改善作用，并能延长小鼠持续游泳时间及提高耐缺氧能力。
An alcohol-extract of roots of rubus crataegifolius bge was given orally (30mg/20g body weight ) to 7 week old mice once a day for 40 consecutive days. The results indicated that the extract can improve some senescence indices showed in the aging model induced by post-orbitol injection of D-galactose. It can prolong the swiming time of mice and strenghen tolerance in oxygen dericient conditions.
